My husband Eamonn and I began Eve’s Leaves in 2015. Our little company sprang from years of growing experience and a passion for creating local food in harmony with County Kerry’s world-renowned flora and fauna.
We’re constantly experimenting with new flavours and little-known greens, earning us a reputation amongst some of the best chefs in Kerry as a go-to specialist for the little additions that make a big difference to fine dishes.
