It is great to support local artisan suppliers. Eve’s relishes and leaves, which we use at The Rose Hotel in Dott’s Bar and in The Park Restaurant, are perfect to compliment and enhance the fayre at the hotel. Eve is a true professional, she is passionate to the core and her chocolate truffles are the best I have ever tasted. I’ve been using Eve’s relishes for a few months now and they’re outstanding from a chef’s point of view. It’s great to be able to use great products, locally made with all natural ingredients on your doorstep. They are in a variety of dishes on our menu in The Ballygarry – looking forward to our future work with Eve and her team and some tasty new dishes designed around her products.

An absolute pleasure to deal with, Eve has an abundance of fantastic produce which is second-to-none. Her relishes are very versatile and can be paired with multiple menu items, with the Smokey Tomato, Piccalilli and Tomato Chilli being firm favourites at the Sea Lodge. The edible flowers and organic leaves are amazing. Her passion for her craft clearly shows in her produce.

Eves Leaves products are top class. They are vibrant and packed full of wonderful flavours. I have a particular soft spot for her Tomato and chilli relish which is by far the best that I have ever tasted. I have had this relish on my menu for more than a year now as it compliments so many dishes. The amount of positive feedback we have received from our customers at The Gleneagle Hotel about Eve’s relishes tells it’s own story.
