It is great to support local artisan suppliers. Eve’s relishes and leaves, which we use at The Rose Hotel in Dott’s Bar and in The Park Restaurant, are perfect to compliment and enhance the fayre at the hotel. Eve is a true professional, she is passionate to the core and her chocolate truffles are the best I have ever tasted.
